Czech-Rizqy House

The Czech-Rizqy house is a private residence that is developed on two floors, 400 square meters, located in the urbanization of Los Conejos II, in Molina de Segura, Murcia. In this house, the orientation of the interior rooms has been of great importance, arranging all the rooms to the east and south, arranging only the elements of facilities or service in north and west orientations.

This house is a project where we have actively played with the volumes, sliding some rooms with respect to others, generating different perspectives of the outside space of the house. Avoiding generating a flat facade without movement.

As a hallmark of the studio, we have followed the line of work that we have been exploring for several years, connecting interior and exterior spaces and introducing nature inside the home with different elements. In this case, an interior patio of high dimensions that articulates the entire house and that, being semi-open on one of its sides, helps us to improve the internal climatic conditions of the house.
