Marín House

The Marín house is a semi-detached house located in San José de la Vega, Murcia. It is a duplex housing concept, in which we have modified the usual type of these houses, that leaves a small front terrace and a backyard. In this house we have removed the backyard giving the entire outer space to the front terrace, allowing generate an exterior space deprived of greater dimensions. In this case as the corner plot is located, giving that terrace to two streets.

All the rooms are open to South as well as in such guidance, we open the kitchen-diner with the space terrace and the pool area, to take advantage of this way the communication interior-exterior, with temperatures that make in the area allow you to spend part of their time on the outside of the housing.

Also on the first floor where the rooms are, there is in the corner of the housing and hidden from the street a zone of facilities and shopkeeper, to facilitate the inspectorate daily.

In the interior of the house is generated an open space between kitchen-diner, which creates a feeling of spaciousness. In this case not only we confine ourselves to generate that space in the plant, but create a double height that allows us to connect the two floors of the housing.
